Homes built before 1980 often have wiring that's reached the end of its safe lifespan. Knob-and-tube, aluminum branch circuit wiring, and cloth-insulated conductors all pose real fire and shock risks. We assess your home's wiring, give you a straight picture of what needs to go, and do the work cleanly, minimizing drywall damage wherever possible.
